Preparation prior to performance!

Improve strength, balance, flexibility, speed and stamina by performing exercises that enhance the functional movements used in playing Pickleball.

The clinic is being held on Monday and Wednesday from 3:00 - 4:00 for 10 total sessions beginning October 21 through November 20. Cost is $200, a portion of which will be donated to the FHPC.

This clinic is lead by two knowledgeable, skilled fitness instructors, Margaret Ennis and Steven Jacobson.

Here's how it works step by step...

Upon submission of the Clinic Registration form, your status will be "Pending".
After payment is received, your status will change to "Registered/Paid". This clinic is limited to the first 10 registered - paid participants. Please see details below.
If you do not make the first ten participants, you will be contacted about returning your payment. At this time, since this is a pilot we do not have future dates scheduled. If there is a cancellation you will be contacted.
You will be contacted by email to confirm your registration or to let you know that you have cleared the wait list.

After completing the Registration Form below, please put your payment of $200 in an envelope in the Court box.
Please put the date and time on the envelope.
Without date and time, your payment may not be processed.
