FHPC SPECIAL EVENT
Information and Registration
Clinic will include pickleball fundamentals and strategies.
Date & Time: Sunday, February 9, 2020
West Courts: Two Sessions: 10:00 - Noon, 1:00 - 3:00PM , 16 players maximum each session
No Public Play between 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Fee: $60, a potion of which benefits the Fountain Hills Pickleball Club
Registration closes Wednesday, February 5, 2020.
Once resignation is closed, paid players will be notified which of the 2 sessions assigned. The Board will assist in balancing the two sessions to accommodate players of similar skill levels for each session.
Clinic registration is now full, with several players pending payment. Anyone registering now will be considered Alternates in case of any cancellations; if alternates don’t play their registration fees will be refunded.

After completing the Registration Form below, please make your check for $60 payable to "Fountain Hills Pickleball Club". Important - please write "DW Clinic" on the memo line. Thanks!

Cancellation Policy: Entry fees will be refunded if cancellation notice is received before 5:00 pm on Wednesday, February 5, 2020. Contact one of the people listed below to withdraw your entry.
