The Welcome Event is Sunday November 17 at 8:00am West Courts. Please arrive a bit ahead of that and check-in outside the courts.
The event will end at 9:30 to clear the courts for the 2.5 Round Robin.
You will have the opportunity to sign up for a shared email and/or phone document. There is no guarantee that are players at the courts at specific times, so this will be a good mechanism to form groups to play together.
Please take a few minutes to browse the website (www.fountainhillspickleball.com) to familiarize yourself with the locations of the West and East courts. There are also some Instructional videos.
Make sure you have water, sunscreen, hats, etc. When you're done playing, please ensure there is no trash other than in the trash can.
As noted there will be several members advising where you should play. While this is a guideline, the club does not mandate where you play. If you plan to attend Skill Level slots, please introduce yourself to members. And note: from October – April you may play in only one skill level slot. We will also explain the racking system. When the courts are full, players must rotate off/in after a game is finished. During Open Play slots, it is more unlikely for the courts to be full except possibly in the evenings.
VERY IMPORTANT - the gate code for both East and West courts is the same and is NOT TO BE SHARED with anyone; this would be grounds for removal.
