Volunteer Advisory Committee
The Voluntary Advisory Committee collects dues, monitors expenses, and maintains a member database and website.
In addition, the Voluntary Advisory Committee:
- communicates via email to all members on a regular basis
- publishes court schedules
- manages pickleball equipment inventory
- conducts new player orientation sessions
- holds periodic pickleball clinics
- coordinates tournament activities through inclusion of club members
- promotes the game through community volunteer efforts and pickleball demonstrations to interested groups
- serves as a liaison to Fountain Hills Parks & Recreation on an ongoing basis, providing updates of club activities
The Voluntary Advisory Committee schedules periodic meetings, as needed, to review and evaluate club activities. Member suggestions are encouraged.
